Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 1 lb. organic grass-fed ground beef
- 2 tsp. Homemade Organic Taco Seasoning
- Real Salt to taste (I usually add 1/2 to 1 tsp.)

- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the frying pan.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
- Stir the ground beef occasionally to prevent any sticking to the pan.
