Homemade Organic Harvest Vinaigrette Dressing

I adapted this recipe from one by the same name in Desperation Dinners by Beverly Mills and Alicia Ross.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Here’s How I do it:

  1. Pour everything into a pint-and-a-half mason jar.
  2. Use an immersion blender on low to blend the dressing.
  3. It’s a runnier dressing, but it’s absolutely wonderful.
  4. Enjoy!
