Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 1/2 lb. organic fresh or frozen strawberries (thawed)
- 2 Tbsp. organic homemade powdered cane sugar (take organic cane sugar and grind it)
Here’s How I did it:
- Mix the strawberries and sugar together and allow to macerate for an hour or so.
- Use an immersion blender to puree the strawberries.
- Put a spoonful or two of the puree into a glass of organic grass-fed whole milk (raw preferred) and stir until well combined.
