Homemade Organic Chocolate Cream-Cheese Frosting

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 2 Tbsp. organic pasture butter
  • 4 ounces [1/2 brick] organic cream cheese
  • 1-1/2 ounces organic unsweetened chocolate
  • Dash of Real Salt
  • 1-1/2 cups homemade powdered sugar (powdered cane sugar)
  • 1/4 cup organic pasture heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Homemade Organic Vanilla Extract

Here’s How I do it:

  1. In a double boiler over medium heat, melt the chocolate.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese.
  3. Add melted chocolate, salt, powdered sugar, heavy cream and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Enjoy!
