This seems kind of silly to post as a recipe, but here it is just in case.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- stale organic or homemade bread, or the crusts from bread, cubed
Here’s How I do it:
- Leave the cubed pieces of bread in a bowl on the counter for 3-4 days.
- Once the croutons are dried enough, place them into a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.
