Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 1 clove organic garlic, minced
- 1 clove organic shallot, minced
- 3 Tbsp. minced organic oregano leaves
- 1 Tbsp. minced organic parsley leaves
- 1 tsp. Real Salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly-ground organic peppercorn blend
- 1 Tbsp. organic basil leaves
- 1 tsp. organic thyme leaves
- 1/8 tsp. organic celery seed (or organic celery leaf flakes)
- 1/2 cup organic red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup organic first cold pressed olive oil

- Place all ingredients into a pint-sized Mason jar.
- Attach a lid and shake well or use an immersion blender to emulsify.
