Homemade Organic Southwestern Cream Cheese Sandwich/Wrap Filling

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 pkg. [8 oz.] organic cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. organic 100% lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Real Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. organic smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. organic ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. organic tomato powder (?)
  • 1/4 tsp. organic roasted garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. organic ground turmeric (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground organic peppercorn blend
  • 2 organic garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped organic fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup shredded organic carrot
  • 1/4 cup sliced organic green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced organic sun-dried tomatoes

Here’s How I do it:

  1. Whip the cream cheese and lime juice with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  2. Add the salt, smoked paprika, cumin, tomato powder (if using), roasted garlic powder, turmeric, and pepper, then mix until well blended.
  3. Gently fold in the minced garlic, fresh cilantro, shredded carrot, sliced green onion, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. This spread is ready to use in wraps, sandwiches or dips.

Homemade Organic Linguine with Blue Cheese Sauce

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 lb. dry organic linguine
  • 1/4 cup [1/2 stick] organic pasture butter
  • 4-5 organic green onions, sliced [1/2 cup sliced]
  • 2-3 organic garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Homemade Organic Chicken Stock
  • 2 oz. [2 Tbsp.] organic blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz. organic cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. Real Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground organic peppercorn blend

Here’s How I do it:

  1. In a large stockpot, bring a gallon of water to a boil; Add a pinch of salt and the noodles and cook until al dente, approximately
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat the butter until warm and bubbly.
  3. Saute the olives (if using), onion and garlic for 1 minute, then add the chicken stock, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the stock, sour cream, and blue cheese crumbles until well blended; Cook until thickened.
  5. Enjoy!

Homemade Organic Amazing Buffalo Chicken Dip

Here’s How I do it:

  1. If using Homemade Organic Freezer Ground Chicken Mix:  Pour 1/2 cup chicken stock into a deep frying pan with lid; Add the frozen chicken mix, celery and onions.  Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat, covered. Break up the frozen chunks into smaller pieces, add the garlic; Cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.  Proceed with step 5.
  2. In a deep frying pan, heat the butter until warm and bubbly; Saute the onions, celery and garlic until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Add the hot sauce, dill, parsley, paprika, then stir until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken (if using), cream cheese and blue cheese; Cook until cheeses are melted and the dip thickens.
  5. Place into a warming slow cooker, or dip server; Serve warm.
  6. Enjoy!

Homemade Organic Tuna Helper Classic Creamy Broccoli

Here’s How I do it:

  1. If using Homemade Organic Freezer Ground Meat Mix:  Pour 1/4 cup water and butter into a deep saucepan with lid; Add the frozen meat mix and onions.  Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat, covered.  Uncover; break up the frozen chunks into smaller pieces.  Add the broccoli and garlic; Cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.  Proceed with step 5.
  2. To a large frying pan with lid, add the butter, onions, broccoli and garlic, then saute until the onions are clear; Add the cooked, flaked fish (if using).
  3. Pour in the fish stock, water, whey and milk.
  4. Stir in the prepared mustard, salt, and parsley flakes; Stir until well blended.
  5. Add the fusili pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  6. Cover and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer; Cook for 16-22 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
  7. Mix in the cream cheese until well combined.
  8. Top with crushed organic potato chips, if desired.
  9. Enjoy!

Homemade Organic Creamy Blue Cheese and Dill Dip

This recipe was made by my Darling and it’s absolutely delicious.  It’s great for people who aren’t usually fond of blue cheese because the flavor is mild.  It is recommended to allow this dip to refrigerate for 24 hours before serving; The longer it sits the better it gets.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 8 oz. [1 brick] organic cream cheese
  • 8 oz. [1 wedge] organic blue cheese, raw preferred
  • 3 Tbsp. organic heavy cream
  • 1 cup organic sour cream
  • 1/3 cup + 1/4 cup organic grass-fed whole milk
  • 2/3 cup finely minced fresh organic dill
  • 2 tsp. Real Salt
  • 3 tsp. organic freshly ground peppercorn blend
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared organic Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. organic champagne vinegar
  • 2 tsp. organic Balsamic vinegar

Here’s How I do it:

  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer.
  2. Mix on lowest speed until the liquids are incorporated.
  3. Turn the speed to medium-low (2-3 on a Kitchenaid mixer) and mix for 5 minutes, or until the dip reaches desired thickness.
  4. Enjoy!

Homemade Organic Gruyere Apple Spread

  1. In a small mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded cheese, milk and mustard and combine until well blended.
  3. Add the apple, pecans and chives and stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers.
  6. This recipe yields 2-1/4 cups of dip.

Homemade Organic Cherry-Lime Frosties

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 pint [2 cups] Homemade Organic Cherry Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. 100% organic lime juice
  • 4 oz. [1/2 brick] organic cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Homemade Organic Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup organic powdered sugar (grind organic cane sugar into a fine powder)
  • 1/4 cup chopped organic walnuts
  • 1 cup organic heavy cream, whipped

Here’s How I do it:

  1. Beat cherry sauce and lime juice until smooth; Set aside.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise and powdered sugar.
  3. Fold in (by hand) the whipped cream and nuts.
  4. Line 12 muffins; Pour the mix to the top of the lining in all lined cups.
  5. Place into the freezer until frozen solid.
  6. Store in paper bags tucked into a freezer bag.
  7. Makes 12.
