Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 8 Homemade Organic Flour Tortillas or Homemade Organic Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Homemade Organic Ground Beef Taco Meat
- 1 cup Homemade Organic Refried Pinto Beans
- 1 cup shredded organic cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup minced organic poblano pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup minced organic yellow onion
- Homemade Organic Chi-Chi’s Garden Fresh Salsa, to garnish
- organic sour cream, to garnish
- sliced Homemade Organic Pickled Jalapenos, to garnish
Here’s How I do it:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spread the refried beans onto the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the ground beef on top of half of the tortilla.
- Add the onion, poblanos, and garlic on top of the ground beef.
- Fill in the rest with shredded cheese.
- Fold the quesadilla in half.
- Cook for 45 seconds on each side.
- Top with salsa, sour cream and pickled jalapeno slices.
- Enjoy!
